What is our massive transformative purpose?

“Making health a daily practice” is a commitment to inspire people, companies, and the community to create and transform wellness, health, quality of life and wellbeing through collaborative participation and innovation. The aim is to ensure that wellness and health are personalized and adaptive to each individual and company simultaneously in order to achieve holistic mental, spiritual, biological, and social health. This is an invitation to practice wellness and being healthy not just to avoid the presence of disease or difficulty but a practice towards generating well-being and pleasure. Very importantly, this purpose calls for us to dream and be proactive in our dreaming by bringing in various experiences, know-how and expertise on what it means to “do health” rather than just “being health”.

At I-Wellness, we believe that practicing health will create healthy working environments and consequently healthy employees but will allow us together with our clients to create healthy communities for both these employees and companies to function in.
